Ohhhh insurance.... I cant stand insurance.... Unfortunately it seems to be a necessary evil sometimes or a complete waste of time and money... However going on year two with this organization I can say its been pretty smooth. Most of my dealings have been with Baylie as I guess she is tasked with renewals. At first I was dealing with Hudson but I guess he only does new quotes.. The main phone lady I think is Connie - she's really good at phone screening so if you want to talk to someone your not supposed to make sure you have a good story so she transfers you to who you need. Hudson has been great as far as listening to what our company needs and has come through with results that we needed to keep the state happy with requirements but not break the bank $$$. Baylie has been extremely nice and friendly during all of our convos and has been quick responding to questions and requests for different documents needed regarding our policies. Connie (if im remembering her name right and she is the main phone answering person) I have enjoyed the challenges of getting past you when I need to call. Your Phone Foo is Strong. As a whole this company seems to run smoothly and recommend anyone finding themselves forced into an unfortunate situation of needing insurance I would start here.
