Solutions provided:
I coordinated with the customer and the insurance carrier to switch their payment plan from 4-pay to 12-pay. Additionally, I set the customer up on autopay to help automate and simplify their payments. The customer was very thankful for the assistance and expressed relief that their payments were now easier to manage. The new setup allows them to handle their premium payments more effectively without stress.
