The customer was feeling overwhelmed because their policy renewal was approaching, and they needed Certificates of Insurance sent out ahead of schedule. They were worried about delays and not being able to access the necessary documents through the portal.
Solutions provided:
I explained that as long as the renewal payment was made in advance, I could release the certificates early for them. Since the portal was not cooperating, I offered to take their payment over the phone, and they proceeded with the payment immediately. The customer was relieved and thankful for the quick assistance in resolving the issue. They were happy to have the certificates taken care of early and ready for their upcoming projects.
