I resolved the issue by preparing and emailing the client an ACH Automatic Payment Form to complete with their banking details. Once the completed form was received, I processed the request and set up the account to automatically handle current and future payments without manual input. The client was appreciative that I was able to take care of the ACH setup quickly and effectively. They expressed gratitude for the assistance and was relieved that their payment process was now streamlined, providing peace of mind that their policy would remain active without interruptions.
