I verified that the customer’s insurance policy was active and checked that the state certificate of insurance (COI) had been properly filed. I then resent the COI to the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE) and copied the customer to ensure they had the documentation promptly. The customer expressed gratitude for the quick assistance and was pleased that the necessary paperwork was sent to the right authority without delay. This allowed them to proceed with their permit application smoothly.
