I called the carrier almost daily to follow up on the refund status. After multiple attempts, I escalated the issue to the VP of Operations, who approved an override to release the refund to the customer. The customer was very thankful for my hard work and persistence in securing the refund they were rightfully owed. They appreciated the resolution and the support provided.
