I shopped their policy with multiple carriers and found it was a difficult risk to place. After securing alternative quotes, I explained that the alternate carriers couldn’t match the coverage, and advised the customer to proceed with their previous carrier’s renewal for the best protection at a comparable price. The customer appreciated the effort to provide multiple options and valued the assistance they received throughout the process. They were thankful for the support from both myself and Brianna in helping them make an informed decision.
