Understanding the gravity of their predicament, I immediately looked into possible solutions. My goal was to find a way to ease their financial burden without jeopardizing their policy. After some negotiation and coordination, I arranged for an installment plan. This plan allowed the customer to make 6 monthly payments, separate from their regular monthly installments. It was a strategic move to keep their policy active while managing the large audit invoice and avoiding it going to collections.
