Comment: I have been insurance with QTI since 2003 and want to thank you for the exceptional customer service and great rates that you continually provide. My phone calls are always returned in a timely manner and I love the fact that I can talk to a “live” person who can custom tailor a policy for my specific needs. Thanks again Quote Texas Insurance!

Comment: Although Louis and Son Plumbing, Inc. has only been a customer of Quote Texas Insurance for a short time, the service we have received from them has been exceptional. When changing over our insurance needs to Quote Texas, they were extremely helpful in answering all our questions and in securing insurance for our company that met our needs and at a competitive rate. It is always nice to get to talk with a "live" person without having to make several calls or without having to wait for someone to call back. When I have had additional questions, they have answered our questions in a very timely & efficient manner. When I requested Certificates of Insurance for additional companies, the certificates were e-mailed to us the same day. Not having to wait for several days was very important to us. In general, all the people I have talked with at Quote Texas Insurance have also been courteous and helpful.

Comment: I have been with Quote Texas Insurance for less than a year and I wouldn’t leave. The prices are always something that I can afford. They are honest and cut to the chase and tell you why your rates are so high and if there is a place where is cheaper. I have had the same person helping me since I began my insurance with them so that even makes me more comfortable because this agent already knows me or of me when I call and have a question or anything. I am very happy and pleased with my Insurance agent. Thanks Quote Texas Insurance!

Comment: Thanks you so much for the service that you’ve provided me with. As you know, I have the 2 rent houses insured through your company now and I’ve been impressed with the quick service. It’s good to know that whenever I do get another house, I can feel confident that you’ll help me get set up again. Comment: Our company is extremely satisfied with the Quote Texas Insurance. We immediately switched to Quote Texas Insurance because of the great rates they offered. The policy covered all of our specific needs. As you know, we are required by each city to have insurance coverage in order to pull permits, which allow us to work. Any time I am at the city and need a certificate of coverage faxed to their department, Eric Cabrera, our agent, successfully has the document to them without delay. Also, any time we contact their office a “live” person answers the phone. It is satisfying to know that you are not having to leave a voice mail and worry if someone received the message or not. Periodically we receive newsletters from them advising us on saving money on insurance and how to watch out for “dirty agents”. This November our policy is up. Our company will definitely renew our insurance policy with Quote Texas Insurance. We are more than pleased with their professionalism and reliability.

Comment: Quote Texas Insurance looked through multiple companies and helped me to find a great rate with a solid company that offered custom coverages for my individual needs. I would definitely recommend them!

Comment: Quote Texas Insurance has excellent customer service, I feel welcomed every time I visit the office. All my needs are covered with my insurance agent. When I have a question on my policy, no matter how many times I call I ALWAYS get a friendly tone of voice (and I call A LOT).
