Why did the customer contact us?
It was a busy morning at Quote Texas Insurance when I got a call that really needed my help. A customer was upset because there were mistakes in his driver's record showing accidents and violations that weren't true. I knew I had to help him fix this.
Solutions provided:
I helped him to get a special report that would show the mistakes and we could use it to prove to the insurance company that the record was wrong. This wasn't a quick fix, but it was the best way to start solving the problem.
The customer was really thankful for the help. Even though it wasn't fixed right away, he was glad to have a plan. This is what my job at Quote Texas Insurance is all about - helping people solve their insurance problems. It feels good to make a difference for someone.
